Tito Rodriguez had such a good time doing it last time that him and Lou want to do it again in March! $13 tattoos with a $7 mandatory tip applied at time of purchase($20 for tattoo and tip) Larger designs for $31 with a mandatory $9 tip ($40 for tattoo and tip).Come on down and get something!

We are also going to be doing $13 piercings! Any piercing $13, except genital... they are $31. Tipping is apprecaited but not required on piercings.
