After Fukushima: a future distorted

Fear mongering, source-less articles and images spread panic across social media stating that radiation was spreading to the West-Coast of Canada. Skeptics chose to ignore it and laugh it off. A few weeks after the social media frenzy died down, strange things began to happen. Heavy traces of radiation hit the coast of Vancouver island. The Island is now quarantined and considered highly toxic. The contaminated people and creatures stay.

Life goes on.
