Anthem Tattoo Symbolism Art Show

Anthem Tattoo presents an upcoming in house art exhibition in the Zorka Rose Gallery. The show opening on February 23rd will exclusively feature the artists within Anthem Tattoo. Our goal is to bring the larger Gainesville community a chance to not only view the artist's work outside of tattooing, but to also make it an educational experience with a look into the symbolic nature of tattoo related art. This show will focus on Symbolism within tattoo culture, home and abroad. The artists have selected multiple themes that they will introduce in their paintings, which will accompany a brief summary of the deeper meaning behind these images. These descriptions will detail tattoo symbolism, as well as give you the individual artist's interpretation of the subject. We hope that anyone who views the exhibit will walk away with a little more insight and knowledge into the artistic images of tattoos . The artists will be available to answer any questions at the show.

Additionally, the Saturday following the opening, we will be doing a Flash day specifically for designs painted by Anthem Tattooers. There may be a few of our old favorites up, but there will also be new sheets for the event.
