Matryoshka’s featured artist for April is Cody Dunyon. Cody describes his Lactographs as unintentional beauty. Lactographs are images made of milk, ink, and reactants, combining science and art. It all began with a juice fast where he pressed juice pulp into paper to commemorate the difficulty of the fast. Once this phase was over he moved into Suminigashi, or paper marbling, and then it gently morphed into Lactographs.
