This special is to come and get all those outlines you have received from previous specials colored or shaded. THIS SPECIAL TAKES PLACE ONLY AT THE SPRING LAKE PARK LOCATION. The pricing for this event will be $40 per tattoo up to 3 colors anymore than 3 colors will have to be done on a regular day and pricing will vary. Please inbox us with any questions that you may have regarding this event. We only offer this discounted rate once a year for the fill ins after all previous $20 events for the year have taken place.
