Around the world, people celebrate Oktoberfest every year starting in September (yes, it starts in September in Germany too) and with so many great things happening in the Alberta beer scene- ABF decided to put an Alberta twist into this annual celebration. Oktoberfest just got BIGGER - Full Pints and Later Nights!!

This year people have a choice of an 8oz pour or a 16oz pour of their favorite Craft or Authentic German beer. Drink vouchers are $4 (1 voucher for 8oz pour; 2 vouchers for 16oz pour) that can be used at any of the four ‘pavilions’ set up inside the EXPO Centre at Northlands. There will be over 24 breweries with an awesome selection of craft beers from around the world to Prost with.

Dress up in your best lederhosen or dirndl to win some fabulous prizes and be prepared to have fun enjoying authentic Oktoberfest music and dancing from the German Knights Band and Schuhplattler dancers, participate in fun activities in each pavilion with much singing, dancing, and everyone having a great time!
