50% off All selected Halloween Flash with donation of cans, that will go to the Oregon Food Bank. All day event bring the whole family. We will be handing out candy! Special pricing most of the tattoos are $25, $50 and $100. Please check with the artist though. We have cutesy and scary flash. Something for everyone!
