All small tattoos (under 1.5") are $25. All of our HRB Artists will be tattooing and our students will be our helpers!
First-come, first-served, cash only. Doors open at noon. Open till 10pm on Saturday, 2/11. Open till 5pm on Sunday, 2/12!!
