A sizzling summer shindig comes your way RVA! Kick-off the countdown to the 25th Annual Richmond Tattoo and Arts Festival coming up this fall, and the 2nd Annual Miss Pinup RVA Competition! Chill with us at Loose Screw Tattoo in Carytown on Saturday, July 15th as we celebrate the opening of registration for this year's competition with a block party style afternoon of events, vendors, raffle prizes and even a tattoo flash sale!
