Rockin Tattoos F**K Cancer benefit.

Start: April 8, 2016, 5 p.m.

End: April 9, 2016, 3 a.m.

First, I apologize for the language of this event and if we offended anyone. However, if you or anyone you know has had, fighting or died from cancer, I'm sure you can relate with how we feel about the situation.
This event is for a very special person in particular. Dennis Johnson, whom passed away March 4th. Dennis is my father in law. We found out less than 2 weeks prior, he had lung cancer that was inoperable.
To rewind a minute, Amy, Dennis's daughter and myself had gotten married Feb 13 2009. I had just left a shop I was at for almost 4 years and was working a new gig. We had just had our first baby boy, and was pregnant with our second. We tossed around the idea of opening a shop but that was about it. That summer of 2009, I knew I really had to make something happen in this life to be able to support my family. There really wasn't and still isn't a lot of tattoo shops in the suburbs, so I thought it would be a good move to open in Eagan, away from all the other shops.
Long story short, Dennis and Jill, his wife helped greatly and had a huge part of lending us the start up cost to get the ball rolling.
So, with that being said, Rockin Tattoos wouldn't exist without there help! Essentially, I owe them everything for what they have done for our family.
I'm making this event to help out my wife's mother, Jill.
Proceeds of this benefit will go directly to her.
About the benefit.
We will have several designs to choose from, all cancer ribbon and cancer related. Colors of designs can be your choice. However, we will be doing our designs only for this particular day to make things go smoothly. It will be first come, first served and will be an all day event. Prices will range from $50-$150.
We will be having a little silent auction as well, with gift cards, merch, paintings and anything else we think of between now, and the event.
This is preferably a CASH only event, as running credit cards charge huge fees for everyone ran, we would like to keep it simple. So please, bring cash.
