Rose Red Tattoo's Opening Celebration/Halloween Party!

Rose Red Tattoo and Lisa Doll invite our friends and clients to come celebrate our opening and bring in the holiday at Judge's Bench Bar in Historic Downtown Ellicott City, MD. Come dressed in a costume and participate in our costume contest!

We will be raffling off Gift Certificates and hosting the following contests:

- $150 Gift Certificate Raffle
-Best Halloween Costume
