I have joined my good friend, Julie Epp, in raising money for an organization called the Street Kids of Rwanda . We will both be travelling to Rwanda for the month of March 2013 to bring them this money and help begin work towards various projects, including building a new dormitory, as well as paying school fees for all the children.

The Street Kids of Rwanda are a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the welfare of Rwandan street children by providing housing, food and education. Their goal is to enable children to grow into self-sufficient adults who can help others by becoming leaders and productive members of their communities. They run an orphanage (the Kimisagara Centre) in Kigali, which houses 75 children.

We plan to continue supporting the orphanage with future needs and ongoing education. We thank you for your generous support!!
