Tattoo benefit for "food for thought" and flood relief. Sunday July 28th
Start: July 28, 2013, 4 p.m.
End: July 29, 2013, midnight
Event at Immaculate Concept Tattoo
Immaculate Concept Tattoo has a benefit planned for Sunday July 28th. This was supposed to be for a school food program owner Lindsay Peace is organizing for several Calgary schools and will now be expanding to include flood relief as well. The entire staff of Immaculate Concept will be donating their services this day alongside some other great tattoo artists from around the city. There will also be a bake sale/craft/refreshment stand on the patio by some of our kids. We will have door prizes and raffles from some great Calgary businesses. Tattoos will be available by pre booked appointments and a walk in basis throughout the day. Tattoos will be regular shop price and 100% of proceeds will go towards "Food for Thought" and flood relief. Time slated for 10am - 6pm
There are 2 maybe 3 tattoo studios with water damage by the floods in Alberta. The flood relief donation part of this day will be going directly to these owners. Obviously it will not solve their problems but hopefully will help a little bit.
There will be an open bid art auction throughout the day with winners declared at 6pm. Come check out some great custom artwork and prints up for grabs! We will also be having a BBQ donated by Buffalo Wild Wings Sunridge. The staff will be on hand to cook up some great burgers and wings.....all proceeds to flood relief.
