Event at Prophecy Ink

Prophecy ink will host along side local artists Tiffany
Ackerman and Kim Monroe.

Both ladies are inspired by bone and skeletons, but the contrast between the two artist work illuminate them differently. Ackerman's carved and painted reclaimed wood pieces are a nod to the Mexican folk craft Day of the Dead creations.

Kim Monroe's more traditional paints are inspired by her trips out West and desire to apply and expressionist eye with color and life to the animal skull that populate the desert.
