OUR HAUNTED PAST
The site and home of The Tattooed Lady parlor use to be the site of a popular small local Inn for train passengers in the late 1800's. One of its most famous visitors to stay at the Inn was Olive Oatman. Olive witnessed the brutal killing of her family by hostile native tribes when she was 14, survived a year of being captive, and was the first lady to be tattooed by her captures. Sadly her stay at the Zimmerman Inn was her last. Found by her previous captures she a murdered in her room at the Inn. Locals say they can still hear her walk the halls at the parlor to this day. And even more say, that you can hear the screams of her victims as she tattoos them while they sleep!
