Emily’s Tattoo Tamales are authentic traditional homemade tamales in honor of the Delgado family. The recipe was passed down from my grandmother Emily Delgado. Emily considered tamales to be one of the most beloved traditional foods. Emily’s Tattoo Tamales flavorful moist pork filling is placed in a blanket of corn based dough Emily’s signature was to place a black olive in the center of each. The tamales are wrapped in corn husk that has been branded with the logo Emily’s Tattoo Tamales and held together by love.
Each burlap and muslin bag contains a dozen tamales for 20.00 and 18.00 to refill the bag. Carry -out/ Delivery. $2.00 Delivery fee.
