Loved N Hated features tattoos , art and homemade crafts. Heath Quillen is the proud owner , tattoo artist and prainter of the art that is done in the shop and has been tattooing over 13 years and has done art all his life and still loving it.
Tattoos are hourly priced which is $100 hour and all tattoo equipment are sterilized and open in front of the client before tattoo is started.
