Rock City is designed to make you feel completely at ease during your entire tattoo experience. Unlike many "street" shops, you will not be rushed during your tattoo, or during your consult, or feel intimidated. I am honest and fair, and will try to improve your tattoo ideas to the best of my ability. If something isn't going to look or work well for your tattoo, I'd prefer to explain that, as opposed to taking the money and doing technically bad looking tattoo.
